Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@coveli.online with:

- A clear photo of the damaged item
We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as damaged or defective. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
