Our Policy All Coveli products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect selection.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@coveli.online with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item

We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as damaged or defective. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
